These terms of use and Service (“Terms”) contained herein on this webpage is a legal agreement between you (“you”, "Client", “User”) and Bifrost Africa (Bifrost” “we”, “our” or “us”). Bifrost is a platform that links independent third party providers of transportation and logistics services (“Drivers”) and their clients with each other for the transportation of goods from one destination to another. When a client request a ride they offer their price for the Driver’s services. The Drivers who see the request can either agree to the offered price or make a counteroffer.
By registering as a client and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register with Bifrost. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself. This information includes your email address, phone number, and location. We will request the information from you when opening your account to confirm your identity. We may also request that you update and verify your information from time to time. Bifrost reserves the right to terminate any account at its discretion, especially in cases of prohibited item inclusion, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Your account is for your exclusive use, and you may not transfer it to a third party. Any authorization of a third party to manage your account is at your own risk.

Bifrost disclaims any liability for damages, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the inclusion of prohibited items in shipments.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your shipments, including:
Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with your shipments, including the driver's service fee and service fee, which is in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking.
Communication: You agree to respond promptly and professionally to any communication from drivers through the platform. Communication should end when the service is complete unless it is to return a lost item. Any other communication may be seen as harassment and lead to suspension or termination of your account. We have the right to monitor and record your communications to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Selection: You can choose from a pool of qualified drivers based on your specific needs and preferences.
Rating System: You can provide ratings and feedback on your experience with drivers to help improve the platform.
User Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the goods you want to ship, including their worth. Please note that insurance will only cover items visible in the uploaded images during booking.
Location Data: You may be required to provide destination addresses for your shipments.
Data Sharing: You understand that Bifrost may share your information with drivers and service providers to facilitate the delivery process.
Clients must book vehicles suitable for the size and weight of their goods. If a smaller vehicle is knowingly booked, causing overloading or damage, Bifrost will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.
As a client, you are responsible for:
Clients must provide a four-digit PIN to claim their items upon delivery.
Bifrost prioritizes the safety of its users and continually improves verification systems. If a different driver arrives, report the issue to Bifrost support for investigation.
Bifrost serves as a platform connecting clients and drivers but is not liable for damages, losses, or the quality of services provided by drivers. Insurance covers only items visible in uploaded images during booking.
Clients agree to indemnify Bifrost against claims or damages arising from:

Bifrost retains all intellectual property rights. Drivers may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform.
These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
